It's a lounge that happens to be a good place to bowl; especially if you want something geared more for an adult than your local bowling alley. There are full bars, waitresses, and a menu. The bars are full service. The appetizers are above average but not amazing (what do you expect, it's a bowling alley). Best for special occasions.

Nice place but poorly managed. Took family of 8 over the holidays to bowl. Twice with same result. $16 for 10 wings - horrible rip off but wait.... they don't have any in stock. Wow at that price I would have plenty but nope, none. Service from our server was awesome, drinks, etc. at the lane no issues. Go the pay, Gift card doesn't work though I verified the balance earlier. Manager comes - does a lot of stuff with the machines and says my card is old so need the new one - transfers my balance over to a card, uses it and all is good. But, I have another "old" giftcard - $400 on it so ask him to put it on a new one too. He does, and writes the balance on the envelope. All of this too about 25mins to complete with my family standing and waiting. We come back a few days later, 8 of us. Bowl some games, etc. Go to pay. Sorry card has $0 balance. Luckily this manager (Erin) knows her stuff, calls the mgr that did my transfer and he recalls it. He messed it up. She corrects it. So all good. And then - my fault but get home and they still have my credit card at the desk. When checking out it would be great if they would make sure you get your card back. Another 1hr wasted to go get it. Fun times with family but not a good overall experience and lots of time wasted. Lastly - buy some new balls. These must be the original ones since opening, they are so gouged up they are just trash.

This place is better than any bowling alley we have ever been to. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Marcia and Rebecca. Even tho we planned my daughters 8th birthday get together last minute they went above and beyond to accommodate our family of 6 AND my daughters 6 or 7 friends. This is our new favorite place in North Hills! So much fun and the food was amazing! We will be back next weekend but without the kids, only due to the fact they are 21+ after 9pm and the music was really loud.

I visited Kings this past Saturday night in a group of 6 people. This was probably my third visit, and I will be fine never to return. When we arrived, there were no lanes available so we decided to play pool while we waited for an available lane. They gave us a pager so they could buzz us when a lane was ready. When we arrived to the game table area in the back, we were disappointed to find dirty glasses on all of the tables. Since we weren't planning to stay back there long, we pulled some chairs in front of the tables and just tried to overlook the dirty tables. I discovered later that the nearby bathrooms were equally neglected. Yuck!

If you are not going to staff the back section of the facility, do not put customers there! Having waitstaff attend the area would have been good, but at the minimum, the tables should have been bused regularly and the bathrooms checked. This is supposed to be a step up from a standard bowling alley. Unfortunately, I would have had a much better experience at a standard bowling alley on Saturday.

If I could give this place literally zero stars I would. First of all we order food and drinks at the bar and our bartender has zero common sense. He was too busy on his phone than to fill up our drinks or give us silverware when our food came out. I ordered a veggie burger but was instead brought out a regular beef burger and when I told the bartender there was a mistake he got frustrated like I was the one who rang in the order wrong. A manager came over and apologized and comp't the meal, I re-ordered but didn't eat at all, I was too upset and just wanted to bowl and leave.

After waiting for over an hour, during which not a single employee entered the section and we were never buzzed for an open bowling lane (we noticed on our way out that there were lanes open), we decided to leave. When we got to the front desk (where there were at least 5 employees chatting and even though they saw us walk up they still took several minutes to acknowledge us), we asked them why we were never paged that a lane was available. Two different employees clicked around on the computer for a bit and were not able to come up with an explanation. They ended up comping us the pool game; however, that does not make up for the non-existent service.

Last thing would be their waiting list. It is just super ridiculous. We waited at the bar for 45 minutes on this night and saw 5 lanes empty the entire time. The employee kept stating that the people are on the way. We left after an hour and a half and finally that group was being seated. That just seems to be super unfair and from a business standpoint the business is loosing money and making the time not enjoyable.

Secondly, the bowling balls seem like they're 30 years old or they use them as soccer balls after hours. They're not smooth at all, have bumps and grooves from long time wear and don't roll straight. If you want to have a fun night bowling, I would stray away from there because you'll be upset when your ball rolls randomly to any side.

After sitting back there for a while, we thought about ordering something to drink. Unfortunately, no waitstaff ever came. I walked to the next section at the edge of the restaurant and asked a staff member if they were providing service to the game table area. She told me that they were not and that the back bar was closed due to low volume. She told me we could walk up to the bar up front to order drinks. So, we walked up to the front bar, ordered drinks and carried them to the back section where we added them to the pile of glasses that had already accumulated.
