Had a coupon for 2 large sandwiches. They claimed it doesn't count for a double quarter pounder. Instead of honoring the coupon they told me they can't take it. So I went to a McDonald's down the road and had no problems.
12:19 am service was unsatisfactory. Not one greeted me at the drive thru to take my order for over 3 min. After saying hello twice I left an went to a Wendy's near that wanted my business and money.
Horrible service. Waited for 3 min at the order point. Then when No One served me I pulled to the window and waited another 3 minutes to get served. After I ordered it took more than 5 min to get my food. In all I waited more than 17 min in the drive thru. Don't go here.
I give 4 stars at this time because of my experience this morning when I went to pick up breakfast. There's only one person that I had a problem with everyone else was wonderful. The person taking the orders at the drive-thru I believe her name was Susie when I went to place my order I asked for two large coffees she asked that I want small or medium I repeated myself again saying that I wanted to large coffees and she still did not get it I was speaking clearly however she on the other hand was having a conversation with someone inside of the store and because of that she could don't take my order correctly and I had to repeat myself several times just to get my order in. I did say something to the young lady that was working at the window who was very polite and let her know that they need to train her that if she's having a conversation with someone inside the store then she needs to ask the person at drive-thru to hold for a moment and not try and take an order and have a person repeat themselves numerous times.
The one on Timber & Hwy 50 has friendlier window staff. Smile and seem pleasant.
Went again today. What's your problem? I asked for no ice in my drink. You made me pull up to a spot and wait for your mistake and proceeded to only partially fill up my cup. What the hell. I'm so ticked off by the staff at this location. As if it was my fault.i didn't want ice.
