I've been going to Drs. Anil and Annie for years. Their staff and the Mathews are wonderful. The experience is always pleasant, they are always helpful with any insurance issues, and they make reminders for my appointments so easy since a letter comes in the mail with the scheduled date. I would highly recommend them.
I love Brier Creek Family Dentistry. They entire staff is so friendly and never to busy to take time to answer questions you have. The wait time is very minimal upon checking in. The dentists and assistants explain what is going to happen in the visit before anything takes place. I also appreciate the reminder email and phone call. I highly recommend this office!!!!
I've been going to them for a couple of years now. I always go in the morning and have never seen Dr. Anil Mathew, just Dr. Annie Mathew. I've been extremely satisfied with each visit. Dr. Mathew is highly competent, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her treatments. I've been to one other Dentist in Raleigh...don't recall their name, but was turned off from that practice when they pushed unnecessary treatment and electric toothbrushes. In my experience this practice has not pushed extra treatments or expensive products. In contrast, the treatments they have recommended have worked out great. I like the place so much that my wife now goes there as well. I will be a patient of this practice for a long time.
