I give this place of business three stars for speedier service in comparison to the one previously offered at their Durham location. Unfortunately, even though I wish I could grant them more stars I cannot for I am pretty dissatisfied with the employee's performance. Everything was great until I reached the point where I was to be assisted and photographed to receive my passport. I approached the chair expecting to be greeted by a friendly employee except It was the complete opposite. From the beginning the young lady who greeted me accused me of tampering with my birth certificate. Keep in mind my Original birth certificate is from the 1990's and was typed out with a typewriter, because of this one of the numbers had some sort of blemish. Even though I assured her that it's been this way since my birth she still questioned the validity of it which really upset me because I've never had an issue with it before. I continued following her directions expecting better service but I was very wrong. This lady talked over me and repeated questions I had already answered. All in all her tone was very. Condescending and I was unpleased with her service. My mother who accompanied me on this day also had a bad experience with her assitant who claimed that she wasn't able to find the information she needed on her birth sertificate (My mother's birth certificate is from the 50's and is written in cursive) so she prompted her to go to another room to try and get an updated copy of it. Once the people took a look at her birth certificate they assured her everything was fine with it and told her to return to the assistant who still insisted she couldn't find the information to the point of which my mother had to read her birth certificate out-loud to this woman. Now I'm not her so I can't tell you exactly what this woman couldn't comprehend about the information on it but in my opinion she was just too lazy to try and read the document. She literally took one look at it and didn't attempt to read it and just said she couldn't find the information. All in all the experience was not a good one. It was demeaning and dissatisfying, to the point that I was moved enough to write this extensive review. If you've taken the time to read this review I greatly appreciate it and I want you to know that this review doesnt speak for everyone at this establishment. the people at the entrance we're very helpful and friendly.
Worst service ever don’t explain what documents to take .had to drive up there twice in a day with still no results. Trump really should deport Mexicans
They have a good service for a bureaucratic service, but they have a really paranoid hard security stuff. Relax people
