Great store, with customer service way above the big chain stores. Love that there is one by my house for stuff I need quick.
The store has a great variety of various things that will cover the large majority of typical home fix-it situations. It also has the large majority of the regular "quick trip to the hardware store" items like garden tools, outdoor items, grill stuff, etc.
Friendly and helpful. They greet you as soon as you walk in, ask what you need and will take you exactly where to find it.
Great place to get your Hardware needs. I go at least once or twice a week for various things and always know they have what I need. Been going here for 8 years purchased my Stihl leaf blower and Stihl chainsaw. I love the place and the employees are knowledgeable and can point you to right what you need.
I'm a guy in my 30's and my wife and I recently moved to the area. I grew up in a 100+ year old house, where everything was old, custom fitted, shifted, etc., so I know a bit about general plumbing, electrical and any other typical household 'fix it' situations. We have a townhome a few miles away, and I have been to this Ace about five times so far, and it's just so pleasant. Every single person who works there is just extremely nice, and helpful if you need something.

Basically, everyone here is extremely nice and helpful, and the store has anything you need for 19 out of 20 times most people would normally go to Home Depot or Lowe's. Plus, with their Rewards program, you get $5 certificate for every I think $25 you spend (this might be $20...can't remember). So, even if on some things they might have a slightly higher price, in the long run you're getting literally 20-25% off everything if you use the certificates.
