I can't start to explain the gratitude that I have for the attorneys at Merritt Webb for their willingness to fight for the little guys. They are NOT just another law firm...they are the ONLY law firm I would trust to fight my legal battles. I plan on spreading the word to all my friends and family.

A friend of mine referred me to Merritt Webb. They offered me a free consultation and helped me get answers to the hard questions. They helped me determine what my case was worth and helped me put my mind at ease. They didn't try to get me to quickly settle my case to get their fee but instead helped me get the medical help I needed and cared about helping me get my life back together.
I have called this firm two times concerning a legal matter. Both times their customer service sucked major (you know what). Unless i received a speeding ticket I would encourage you not to call because it appears that's all they are good for.
After being involved in a terrible automobile accident, I really didn't know where to turn. I had medical providers that couldn't be paid and my injuries were disrupting everything about my life. I had an insurance company harassing me settle and I didn't know where to turn.
This law firm supports Craigslist scammers who ask for lawn care service then after the work is done refuses to pay for the services by acting like he does not speak English well and using that excuse to say the service was not what he asked for. Before the payment is due this scammer talked good English then after payment was due he acted like he couldn't talk at all With a very thick Indian accent (dot not feather) then he switches to text to complain after the work is done that the service was bad and then began insulting me and then asking for more work then after he didn't like my price on a particular job he fired me still owing, then he ran to these guys with just a text that make me look bad and then this law firm tried to scare me (a small business owner) into making his balance to zero, (picture included). Also When trying to contact the so called attorney I was told that the operator of this firm is located in a totally different state, what??! The attorney finally called me back acting all hard. lol She began by telling me that because we didn't have a signed agreement that law says I can't charge him, umm please review NC statute of frauds, After all I am not a merchant, I don't trade in commodities produced by other people to earn a profit. nor was the verbal agreement for more then 12 months, besides I got text's of the guy admitting we have a contract lol he said and I quote "Your service is terminated you are violating the contract" and I also have him agreeing to the charges, then denying he agreed lol but when it was time to pay he claims it's bad work and again I got texts to support even that, these people obviously know nothing about procedure they need to review Chapter 1A. Rules of Civil Procedure. And Rule 3.1 Meritorious Claims and Contentions. Bad business with him and no due diligence with these guys cause I have all the texts and if they did they're due diligence and asked for all the texts then they would of seen by the preponderance of the evidence that the texts clearly show that clearly this guy is a scammer. Funny, other then make threats and Demand that I give this guy a zero balance what exactly did they do to help this guy? I would bet that these guys are the worst firm in NC. Smh terrible people. This is why small business are so hard to to grow. (This review is based on my opinion only)
Merritt Webb are outstanding attorneys, great and competent in their fields! They have an excellent and friendly staff who are nice and keep you up to date. The attorneys have extensive knowledge and a grasp of the finer points of law and really bend over backwards for their clients. They answer your questions pleasantly and quickly and obviously enjoy what they do. They're a great asset to have in your corner!
