The clerk in the ROD (vital records) was unhelpful to the point of belligerent. Refused to give help regarding marriage application.
I am a wedding officiant in Wake County. My couples always say they had a good experience in getting their marriage license. In fact, several couples have come from surrounding counties because of the little to no wait at the Wake County Register of Deeds office.
The ladies were very patient with me and were very kind.

Everybody's so nice here !! , but I was getting my marriage license and the lady named Sara wasn't so nice -_- ... she act like she doesn't like her job or maybe my fiancé was too "hood" for her .. I don't know either way she was just rude but I just smiled and kept it classy and thanked her for her service ...
