We had them replace our garage door torsion springs and that seemed to go well. However, after a couple of days, the drum came loose while opening the garage door. Service was quick and provided some helpful tips in the process. I am reducing the rate to 4 star for two reasons. They were a hour late from expected time, which is common with most contracts I’ve encounter. The second is they increased the price from $150 to $170, which is in alignment with other quotes that I got.
