Wrong home delivery several times a week. Claim I am the first complaint even though itere were other recent complaints.
Location is easy to find but building markings are almost nonexistent. It used to be the old Burlington Coat Factory that close down last year. Entrance is on the left side as you pull into the plaza (doors are facing Walgreens, same side where the USPS trucks are parked).
**This is NOT a corporate office, it's their pick up station (only option that was closest)**
When you go through the first set of doors, the office is on the left. Just ring the doorbell if you don't see anyone. Staff is very friendly.
