Very quiet peaceful and safe
I have lived in this park for three years. In my experience if you go to the owner with a issue he tries his best to correct the situation. I own my home and rent the lot I am on. Owners pricing is far less then what is being asked for lot rent in the surrounding area with water and trash included. When the above water issue was being investigated the owner had crews and the city looking into the situation. It was resolved as soon as it could have been. I can not attest to the previous review of rumors and such but where can anyone live and not have some kind of neighbor drama. It is not a large park so we have one maintenance man and the owner who do the repairs. If it is above and beyond their capabilities the owner will call in the repair personnel as needed. My surrounding neighbors are very nice and I have never had a problem with anyone in the park. It is a quiet park and my son and I have no plans to move anytime soon.
People walking streets all hours of night, whistling/hollering at people. Don't feel safe. Cops sit at entrance.
Been here for over 2 going on 3 owed by family and the owner is a good fair man and will always try to help with anything
