Great place that has a little bit of a lot for the local college children. Grocery, phone, chinese, pharmacy and when time appropriate tax services
It is an expansive shopping center catering to the college crowd with movie theater, bars, ethnic restaurants, ABC store, record store, coffee shop, ect.
Shopping center is within walking distance of NC State Centennial campus and conveniently located near many residential apartment areas and student living. Diverse eateries, affordable shopping and plentiful parking. Not kept the cleanest (litter sometimes) and many pedestrians.
Not the nicest looking area, but the businesses are great. Pearl Chinese is a fantastic Chinese restaurant with good food and friendly staff. Hibachi Sushi is a great stop in for American style Hibachi combos at a good price. The Food Lion is well stocked and maintained with pleasant and helpful staff.
Little bit of shady run down place look and vibe but very useful shops in here including dmv
