Reserved a 10x10 unit online. Process was simple and they were running a special. Received call next day from Ray. She was very sweet and offered to answer any questions I had. A few days later we went to office to sign lease. I was greeted by Christine, manager, who showed me and my husband the unit and gave us tips for storing our precious items. She answered all our questions and stepped us through the lease in an understandable way. She also explained their security measures which helps me know our items will be safe. Entire experience was good from start to finish. Thankful to have ExtraSpace to store our items the next few months.
Christine is amazing and very helpful. When I got there the company had just switch from Extra Space to SmartSpot but she didnt miss a beat. She drove me out to my unit and showed me everything I needed to know about the property. Again her customer service is excellent.

So far so good! Got the first month for free and in general it seems like we got a good deal (including the insurance). It's temperature controlled and fairly easily accessible. Our storage units aren't directly accessible through the main passageway but they have a cart for use that make bringing things in and out pretty easy. The only thing is that there's a 3 inch raised edge/step by the door that make it difficult to get the cart over (basically have to lift the cart) and the door stop doesn't always hold so you have to jam some cardboard under it. Light switch placements aren't exactly ideal either but these are small complaints. The service was prompt and super friendly!
