Customer service at this location is Excellent. I shopped here when I was sick - so not thinking clearly. Accidentally asked for the wrong shrimp in seafood department. I meant to get shrimp that were on sale & when I was rung up saw it was $35 when I was expecting $13. Even though it was my mistake, they ran back and switched for me without irritation. Thank you for helping me and being so nice about it!!
Hard to recommend shopping at this Harris Teeter when you can drive another couple minutes south to the newer (and much nicer) store at the intersection of Creedmoor and Millbrook.
Tammy in the bakery went above and beyond my expectations by creating a Mine Craft birthday cake last minute! Love MY Harris Teeter.
This store smells like rotten fish. In fact EVERY Harris Teeter I have gone to in Raleigh is reeking of rotten fish. It's disgusting. I can't believe these overpriced supermarkets do so much business when they smell so bad. Update! I can't believe these folks didn't even respond!
