Our daughter is attending NCSU and we purchased her a AAA membership. Well she had to use it this weekend right before game time. We called and Lonnie responded. Well we were his last customer of the day as he started at 5:00 am. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Lonnie. All the employees were nice, they greet you as soon as you enter(I went to the travel area). They were able to find hotels with the amenities they we desired, airline tickets and rental cars for the two states/areas we are traveling to. They did all the hard work, listened to what we wanted, and made it happen!!
