After having interactions with over 15 employees from card charging to the prize counter and everything in between there was only one employee that was not arrogant and completely rude. Everyone was busy conversing with fellow employees and ignoring customers or playing on their phone and treating the customer as if they were a nuisance when they had to do their job. If there was a way to enjoy Frankie's without the employees it would get a 5 star review but since there isn't it only gets one star, If i ever returned i hope to see out going employees with a sense of customer service and not teenagers to cool to show effort at their job.
I love Frankie's! It's great for date night. Prices are fairly reasonable, especially for the laser tag. The place is very well-kept and there's always lots of staff on duty.
A trip to frankies can be an amazing way to spend the day, either as a couple, family, small group or a large party. Dont expect to do so cheaply though, as prices are amusement park high. They do serve great and local beer, but serving sizes are amusingly small too. Their go-kart tracks and mini golf are top notch, but expect to pay way too much to do these.
This is a great local amusement park for younger kids offering indoor and outdoor fun such as arcades, mini golf, kart racing and batting cages. It could also make for a fun date night for young adults. This is my go-to spot for mini golf with my girlfriend and family during the slower hours when there's less children.
Fun place. A lot to do. We played mini golf and played a couple courses. Holes aren't interactive but still have some holes a little challenging, having the hole on an angle. The water and scenery are worth coming back again and again. FYI the last hole in each of the 3 courses send your ball back to the building.
