A couple of weeks ago, I went by the drive thru ATM and it was out of service so I used the foyer ATM - no big deal. This morning, both the drive thru ATM and the foyer ATM were out of service. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
Utterly disappointed with the lack of customer service at this PNC location. The tellers are friendly however the managers could care less to be bothered. I love banking with PNC but will be considering switching if this location is my closest banking option.
Marcus Payden made my experience very easy. I needed certain things most people wouldn't help with. He went above and beyond his job and PNC bank should really consider and value how great of an employee he really is. Great attitude and he explained everything to me to a tee. Excellent person and he will be going far in life. I recommended anybody to speak with him directly to make you're banking/life easy and less stressful.
Warm and friendly staff. Student friendly products. Plus limited free Wi-Fi for customers, nice background music in the banking hall.
