I came in to look for a specific item and the staff were helpful and courteous in helping me locate it. I also needed a book that was not in store and they helped with ordering it to have it deliver to the store.
Placed order for Christmas on Dec. 11. Assured would be in store within a week. Not only did it not come in before Christmas, they never called to let me know there was a problem until I checked back on Dec. 23, a week after promised receipt. You may be "smothered in prayer" as their hold message says, but you are certainly not smothered in good customer service...
