I want to share my honest experience about this location. I purchased my first Hyundai at another "no haggle" dealership. I have nothing negative to say about where I purchased my previous car, BUT there is a difference while working with Enterprise:
1. Enterprise sells their own inventory. I believe all of the cars on the lot were first owned by Enterprise. Because they are the original owners, they have the history of their own inventory. Their inventory ostensibly has a solid history of being serviced since it is part of another branch of their business. Most rental cars have mileage that was attained through highway use, thus lessening the true wear and tare of the miles put on the car. Most every other dealership that sells used cars do not have the luxury of knowing the true history of a vehicle. I personally feel like a major reason people trade their car in is to get rid of a problem. That is scary to me as a buyer.
2. Warranty. At the time of my purchase, a free 1 year/ 10k power train warranty was provided with the car purchase at no additional charge. There is an opportunity to purchase other types of warranties, but getting a free year of powertrain is rare and an incredible value.
What a wonderful car buying experience. There is a saying bad things happen to good people and that is sure my case and im in the process of rebuilding my credit. So the car buying experience can be less than pleasant when you have some credit issues. Funny I rode past enterprise sales to some competitors down the road only to return back later that afternoon. Not only did I leave with the exact car make and model I wanted but it was hassle free , no nonsense , and painless . I was so happy wonderful car buying experience great deals for new model cars you cant beat it . I highly recommend them.
4. Sales: I felt the salesperson I worked with was very personable. He helped me find a car in inventory when I could not find one on the lot. The sales people are very qualified as they are selected internally from different branches of Enterprise Car. Enterprise also shops around for financing rates. At my last purchase at a different no haggle dealer, I was only offered ONE lender at a rate of 9%. I had near perfect credit, and during this period interest rates set by the Federal reserve were near 0. During this purchase, Enterprise helped me find a rate that matched my credit worthiness.
My salesman Michael Pringley afforded me an excellent experience in buying my car. My car was totaled in a rear end accident and I had to buy another car. Under those circumstances, Michael was caring and kind. There was no pressure and I knew right away that my difficult search was over.
My car totaled in accident, I needed a car fast. The driver transporting me to the rental office told me about the enterprise sales center, then the rental arranger contacted a sales person, and gave me the sales center's address. I was contacted quickly by sales lady Sarah who was super friendly, knowledgeable and even asked, before we looked at the cars, the manager to lower the price on cars I was looking at because it was due but had not been done yet, Patient and was as helpful as possible especially considering that I ended up coming to my appointment several hours early after changing the appointment time several times, as I was having to deal with other aspects of the accident. I love the no haggle policy.I can not say everything that was done because there is simply not enough room to write.
My profession is retail purchasing. My standards are very high, and expectation of quality is high. I would recommend this dealership based on factors 1-4 above. I think the product is good, and there is a tremendous amount of value in their vehicles and services.
Wonderful treatment.. I had special needs for my car to be able to fit me (4'9") and they found several to chose from in my price range. I got a much newer car than I had thought possible in for my price point. Love the no haggle pricing.... Good price and great service.
Enterprise Car sales was a great find.
3. Customer service. I was very pleased with the overall customer service at this location. I did not understand the process of the tag transfer, and had some concerns. These concerns were me not understanding the process, and not the fault this dealership. Despite the concerns being based in my misunderstanding of the process and not the fault of Enterprise, Daniel thoroughly explained the process. He gave me his personal cell phone number so I could communicate with him through text, my preferred communication due to the nature of my job. He thoroughly followed through and communicated with me. Enterprise also expedited the process at no cost to me by sending me a document overnight. That is outstanding customer service.
