I realize this is the age of technology but that request felt somewhat intrusive.

New management, prices increased significantly, higher standard of attention to detail. Facility is clean, as is the mens room.

Miracle Workers!!! I called not expecting them to be able to help me. On Friday, my daughter opened a bottle of Puffy Paint and it exploded onto her cloth seats and a small amout on the ceiling. Since this was actully fabric paint and sets in heat (closed up vehicle with 90+ heat!) I wasn't expecting a lot. I had already tried all of the online tricks without even a little lightening the orange paint. I drove to their location in Wakefield and was greeted by Catherine and their cute mascot, Twilight! Garth took the car into their detail bay and begin working on it with a few other gentleman. Needless to say they were able to remove all of the orange paint after several applications of whatever miracle mixture they have. The best part is it only cost $40! I was expecting much more than that considering the time they spent on it and number of staff working on it. To sum it up, they saved my daughter's life (daddy didn't know about this!), they quickly fixed our problem at an unbelievable price and we will now only use them. THANK YOU!!!!

The new owners came in and immediately jacked up the prices, greedy! The female owner came up to me with her fancy hand held cash register and didn’t tell me that the prices went up while trying trick me into a higher service, while telling me how competitive their prices are to other car washes, turn off!!!

For the record I'm making it sound just like what it was, one week I came in and the price was one thing and 3 weeks later it had gone up. Regardless of your reasoning whether it was tunnel upgrades, system upgrades, or just because you felt like raising the prices etc... the prices went up and was passed on to the consumer. So, from a consumer stand point I’m not making it sound like anything other than what the facts are.

Anyways that was my experience – feedback from a customer, hopefully you can find something in it to enhance your business greater than what it already is.

This place is great, unfortunately a lot of the reviews on this page are from the old ownership. I had some issues with my black leather interior which a normal cleaning wouldn't have made a difference, but they got the leather back to mint condition and I couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail is second to none. I hope they can get the old reviews removed since this place truly deserves 5*.

In response to the owner’s comments....

I believe it was the owner who initially approached me, little blond lady who was friendly, however I felt she should have advised me of the price increase versus me having to struggle why I was seeing a change in pricing. I finally had to prompt/ask her if there was a price change, and it was only then that she stated yes.

The service, quality, prices and friendliness doesn’t compare to the previous owners! The new owners are GREEDY, expect their prices to keep rising!

In one word, Wow! I've never been so impressed with a car detailing establishment or any business for that matter.
