Today, I went in to purchase postcard stamps and the woman told me that they did not sell postcard stamps but could just stamp it using their machine. The price came out the same as regular stamps. I went back in once I realized what happened and asked if she charged tax or something and she just stuck her lip up and saud snidely, "Well, we up-charged you". She charged me $0.47/stamp when it normally is $0.34. Yup, that is an up-charge alright. She should have told me that ahead of time and not been deceitful about it.
ONLY GO TO THE UPS STORE! I had to ship out a sink and called all around Raleigh to different UPS stores for quotes (they are all separately owned and have different pricing). So, after bring quoted up to $200, I am SO HAPPY I called this UPS store and was quoted $70 less! On top of that, the store owner has been doing this for 23 years, cheerfully greeted me when I came in, said he would make a special box for the sink since it was oddly shaped, told me he loved working on items like mine, and was so professional and kind. He genuinely took pride in his work and his store-it was so refreshing! I felt 100% confident the sink was in good hands.He called me personally the next day to let me know he would be emailing me all of the tracking information and receipts. Besides the EXCELLENT pricing, the CUSTOMER SERVICE alone is reason enough to take your business here. I am SO HAPPY I happened upon this store and they will DEFINITELY have all of my business in the future!
I don't know if this place is much more expensive or not, I shipped a scarf to Zebulon, which is 30 mins from Raleigh. And the cheapest way is $18.15 !!! I've already asked the lady to seal the box for me, so I just go head and pay for it. Have no idea why it's $18.15 for shipping a scarf..

I have had two bad experiences at this shop and I won't go back again. The first time I was guaranteed that a package with medicine would arrive to a family member on a certain date and then it arrived 4 days after the promised delivery date. I double checked with the woman at the desk because it was medicine and I wanted to make sure it would arrive on time. When I called about it arriving 4 days late, the woman lied and said she never told me that.
I had a couple of other bad experience here before, but it's close to my work, will not return anymore.
What a great staff the store as I even drive out of my way passing North Hills Mall to go here to ship my UPS items they are friendly and go out of their way to help.
