The people at this company have a very nasty attitude. They are not professional at all and are not empathetic. I am a new customer barely past due by 10 days and they came and took my vehicle. They do not seem to like black people either. I need to pay this car off and rid of them.
Extremely slow at processing anything. We purchased a used vehicle from an individual that had their car loan with Whitestone of Raleigh. They took THREE WEEKS to send the title to our bank in another city. So we currently have a car sitting in our driveway for three weeks that we can't drive because we can't get tags on it until the title comes in.
Decent loan company. Got a loan from them for a 2008 Elantra. My credit wasn't good so I do have a high interest rate but haven't had a problem with customer service. If you give them advance notice you will be late on payment they will work with you and offer to let you pay interest only one month to help you catch up for next month. Might use them again for my next car purchase.
Some of the employees have a bad attitude. Customer relations are not very good. I'm fairly new but they don't believe in grace periods really under no circumstance. If you ask for more time to pay loan, they gets really rude.
Worst financial institution if you could even call it that . All there financed car deals are outfitted with Lo Jack but depending on how you are in response to them they will either shut you off or have your car repossessed so they can charge you more . They're already getting you with outrageous interest rates so you would think they would want you as a customer but they are unwilling to refinance even if you have a good payment history . Whitestone financial does not want to develop a business relationship with you so you will become a customer for life they just want you to know that since you have bad credit that makes you a bad person and they have no interest in helping you to improve your credit .
