Everything was exactly as it should be. The staff were very helpful in explaining the procedures and choices, and patient while we went through the process of choosing .They provided everything we had asked for exactly as we specified. We couldn't have asked for better.

They were thorough, had wonderful ideas, pulled together a great DVD of pictures, and supported the celebration of life in every way possible. If I could give them 10 stars, I'd do so. The Cremation Society handled all our needs in a caring professional manner. Our initial contact with Kevin was efficient, yet we never felt rushed. My mother was moved from the facility to the Cremation Society in a timely manner. Christopher was very respectful and caring helping us through the final stages of the cremation. He was very accommodating of our requests for viewing of the process and posting of the obituaries in out of state newspapers.
Our family experienced a sudden and unexpected death. Cremation Society was recommended by the facility our family member was staying. Upon contacting them Henry explained everything in great detail as to what would take place and what paperwork they would handle for us. Things I didn't even think about was brought up and addressed. Cremation Society was extremely accommodating, Henry is very knowledgeable and couldn't be more thankful for what they have done for us.
