You won't find a better fitness spot! It has the feel of a small boutique gym but the feeling is beyond warm and fuzzy!!! Great staff and wonderful people to work out with.....Make it a MUST!!!!!
I had a free membership at a fantastic boutique fitness studio in town, but following surgery, had to find an alternative workout for a while. I was familiar with Core, but hadn't started going until then. I was blown away. The instructors were able to modify exercises for me (somehow being attentive even with a very full class), the other participants were really supportive and made me feel like a rockstar, and a few months following surgery, I found myself in the best shape of my life with a whole new community of really positive people. I have never experienced anything quite like Core. I'm a member for life.

Simply the best! It doesn't matter what your age or fitness level is, you will get an awesome workout that's fun and challenging all in one. The staff and clients here is great and everyone feels like they are part of one big family. Highly recommend!
Great place. The layout and spacious and encourages good class workout. The instructors are very knowledgeable in workouts and push you hard.
