Great Place.
I'm a pretty easy going person, so when something is bad enough to make me this upset to write a horrible review, you know it's bad. After giving the Wakefield location a second chance (since they butchered my hair a few months ago), I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed yet again. The lady did not listen to what I had to say and instead was too concerned about what was going on else where. She cut my hair in such a manner that even the other Great Clips location that I went to begging to help fix my hair that it is irreversible and cannot be softened or altered. They kept repeating how sorry they were and how there were holes and it wasn't evened out everywhere. I politely complained to the manager of the Wakefield location and she said no problem she would fix it. She seemed a little too rushed and not concerned on the phone, but I made sure I was there an hour before she said she had to leave to she could be the one to fix the mess. However, upon arriving I was informed that she had left for the day. So, afraid of confrontation or just not caring about your already unhappy client's situation? Either way those are two very poor managerial attributes to have. Now I could have gone to my usual salon in LA or NY where I travel and work the most BUT I wanted to show support to my local businesses since I was on vacation. Know that I will personally never walk into your establishment again in any locations, and I will make sure that others I am affiliated with know the same. It's very sad and upsetting when my image is how I make a living between shows, shoots, and appearances and after hours this morning trying to style and part my hair different ways, there is nothing I can do to fix the mess your establishment has caused. Hopefully my stylist in LA can work wonders.
I've gone there a few times, and overall I've had good experiences. One time the lady did a less-than-satisfactory job, but the lady I had last time (had an awesome haircut herself) did an excellent job. I wish I had gotten her name, but I'd try to go back to her again.
I have a simple haircut. HTH do u not Know how to blend in the sides. The way she asked questions. I knew she's never cut hair before.
Practiced on my hair w/o my knowledge, destroyed my hair i'd rather have a buzz cut, did not follow instructions to not cut nothing from the top, and worse of all I still had to pay...
Brittney does a wonderful job and always adds a special touch..
AWSOME EXPERIENCE every time I go.
How do you hire people who have no clue how to cut hair. This girl had no training what so ever.
So if you read nothing else, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thank you for your time.
They made my hair look like a bowl cut.
