Everything was fixed with all my concerns. The management was excellent, it was a complete oversight on my part! Tammy is an excellent massage therapist!
OMG, indeed amazing spa. We had a couples massage there with my husband, the tab, the massage therapist (Tammy and Lauren) was all amazing. I pretty much enjoyed the saunas as well. Though I understood the men's saunas are smaller. Which makes sense, probably. But my husband said he had great experience as well.
Lorena Luca is THE most luxurious spa in Raleigh. It is the only spa were you can change into a robe and slippers and enjoy amenities such as locker room,steam room, sauna and showers. It has a gorgeous lounge and very talented and knowledgeable staff. It's perfect for bachelorette parties and couple's retreats!
The staff is AMAZING! There was a bit of confusion with my appointment but the director Cat was extremely kind and professional! She still took care of me and made me feel welcome. I sincerely appreciate that! The nail technician Julie was great! She was sweet and made me feel relaxed. Cleo the receptionist was upbeat and had a wonderful attitude. I left happy, relaxed, grateful and completely satisfied due to the staff providing an unforgettable experience!
Recommended to follow by a dinner at Ajisai across the street. Full fusion amazing experience all over.
Nice intimate, relaxing spa. We got there right at our appointment time and was immediately taken back to the changing rooms. We opted for the couples spa room and hydro bath. Probably will skip the bath next time but the 65 minute message is extremely relaxing and worth the money. Highly recommend a couples massage.
