Ideal Image was a great experience. To begin the receptionist were very courteous and answered majority of the questions we had, they directed us to their consultant to answer questions when they couldn't. The employees were absolutely warm and generous. The consultant was amazing. She did an amazing job of explaining what type of treatments they provide, how they provide it, the prices etc. Any concern you have you can feel entrust it to the consultant. They are the only facility that can GUARANTEE 85% hair loss. There is never going to be a 100% because everyone's hair is different. Hormones also play a big roll into it, as the consultant mentioned to us, you might not have the same amount of hormones of another person does. Ideal Image is a professional business who have TRAINED NURSES who do the laser procedures. They have the RIGHT equipment to guarantee the 85% hair loss. Personally speaking, I had my laser treatment done at a spa who did laser treatments, and in the end I had hair grow in places that didn't grow before. Every time I had the procedure done, it felt like the machine was burning my flesh off. It was really horrible because I could smell my own flesh burning. Whenever the appointment was over, my face would have an aching feeling of pain. I had my first treatment done with Ideal Image and I was preparing myself to feel the same amount of pain, when the REGISTERED NURSE let me know it was going to happen... it was absolutely nothing. The pain I felt at Ideal Image was MINIMAL pain compared to the treatment I got at the spa. I mean of course you're going to be in some pain, they can't guarantee a "painless" procedure. Overall, I honestly had the best experience at Ideal Image. The staff were super friendly, respective, and accommodating. I think it's well worth your money to spend it at Ideal Image, because you shouldn't jeopardize your face just because you see a cheaper price tag at a spa. That is all I have to say, and if you're in a pinch you can talk to them and see what options you have.

The reviews on here are outright terrifying! I have not used these people, and i will go somewhere else, I’m not taking the chance on them.
