If you want a good experience with Ulta, go to the Garner location. Not this one. The cashier who checked out my purchases was one of the rudest people I have ever met!
I've been seeing Jasmine in the salon for over a year. She always takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. She always offers me her thoughts on how she feels what I want would actually end up looking and works with me and my crazy hair to make sure I end up leaving happy and satisfied. On top of that I feel like she also stays up to date on current trends and never makes me feel bad for asking a million questions about my hair. The rest of the salon staff always make me feel welcome and I feel like they work great together as a team-it really shows. 5 stars Jasmine, you're the best!
You'll be better off going to another location- although, if you want some real help and professionalism, speak to Brittany, Randi, Jophie or Courtney. They're great.
This Ulta has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees just stand around and talk to each other without bothering to help you or even greet you.You cannot test any drug store foundations! Like really? Every single makeup store allows you to taste the product especially something like foundation. I made a comment at the register to one of the associates that I was unhappy that I cannot test the foundation, and her response was:" Sorry, you have courtesy of a return policy if the product doesn't work out." Am I really supposed to buy something that i don''t know will it fit me, try it and if it doesn't work drive all the way back just to do the same thing. I am really disappointed in the level of professionalism and care for the customers. The worst store ever.
This was my very first time going into an ulta beauty store and probably my last , at least this particular location. Granted the products they have are nice and great priced but customer service reallly needs room for improvement. I didn’t get any greeting as I walked in , and the employees on the floor did ask me did I find everything ok but they acted as if they didn’t like their job . One employee even followed me around lol smh maybe because I was black idk .. but this ulta is a No-no for me . Find a better job ladies if you dislike the one you’re at .
