Customer service was wonderful. I mentioned a different price that I saw and the cashier offered a discount at the point of sale. Although I visited during a busy time, the lines moved at an appropriate rate. Thanks Hobby Lobby!
So the store products are great with a lot of variety. The cashier Jasmine G that checked me out was wonderful. However the store manager that I asked for directions for a chemistry set was very rude and impatient telling me to go straight down and I will find it. Other staff that I encountered cared more about restocking then helping me find this micro chemistry set. I won’t be returning to this location.
Hobby Lobby is the next best place to heaven. I love not only the store, but this location in particular. The store is HUGE, yet the team members there keep it ridiculously organized and clean. There's always a ton of things on sale and a wide selection. The only downside...I end up spending at least an hour and a half in there everytime I go...

I was excited to see what Hobby Lobby had, but was instantly a bit overwhelmed by the massive size of the store and lack of effective wayfinding. Made the mistake of wandering through the giant seasonal section first--not ready to think about tinsel for my Christmas tree before Halloween. Some things (kids' art kits and picture frames) were relatively easy to find; other specific small items I was looking for got lost in the sheer enormity of the place, and I decided to go home and look for them online. I did find the prices to be better than expected and quite competitive.
