The manager, Tom Dowd, is incredible. I had a small issue with a purchase of an expensive set of pastel pencils (that was really an issue with the manufacturer) with incorrect pencils included in the set. I contacted the store via email and Tom responded quickly. He resolved the issue immediately. This was one of the BEST experiences I've had in working with any management to resolve a challenge.

I came in to buy a large number of canvas wrapping bars for my employer and Sunshine was super helpful! She literally loaded my cart up for me. I was so impressed. Unfortunately I got the wrong product (totally my fault) and had to come back and return them. I didn't catch the name of the lovely ladies that assisted me in my return and purchase, but it's safe to say they have a very friendly staff that provides solid customer service. I will be returning for personal projects in the future!
