Very friendly and efficient staff. I arrived around 11:30a on a Thursday in early August, and there was no wait. As soon as I received my order and went outside a few minutes later, about a dozen people arrived all at once, so I had just beat the lunch crowd. I love their perks program too.
I love the subs here. The service is always friendly, and the food is delivered quickly. They have lots if sub options, many of which are unique compared to other sub places. To quote my wife, "They steam their meats. They steam their meats!"
Most of the staff is noticably friendly. Great subs consistently. Only complaint is that the lunch line is long, and advance online ordering via the app has been broken for months, and their only response to that is "meh". This makes waiting in the lunch hour line a hassle.
Loved my visit here. They have the best subs and Jake made me the Jake special: a custom sub he was eating on his break. Add 8n the wide selecti9n of hit sauces and this place was the perfect stop for my family of four to get something for everyone. Oh.. and they have the soda machines that let you mix and match sodas from all sorts of flavors you can't get anywhere else. Awesome!
