I took the time out of my day to call and report this store and its horrible employees to corporate.
My wings were barely warm. I think they thought I wouldn't notice since I got hot flavored wings. I'm very disappointed because they are normally good.
I could careless about them no longer delivering to me. I have a car, so I do not require delivery service. When services are being delivered, I do offer a tip. I will no longer spend my hard earned money at a place of business who displays horrible customer service. I do not tolerate the rude and disrespectful behavior. This is not the only Pizza Hut in town, so I can take my money and business elsewhere!
Took 1.25 hours for pizza be delivered 4 miles. Food was disgusting. Look at all these negative reviews....you've been warned. Order Hungry Howies instead.
I would give this Pizza Hut a zero rating if it were possible. I ordered pizza delivery at 4:10 PM today and my email confirmation indicated my food would be delivered at 5:05 PM. It was around 5:35 PM and my food was not delivered, so I called the store for an update. The gentleman on the phone was not empathetic and offered no apology for the delay in delivery. He told me it went out 10 minutes prior to me calling and I said okay, thank you and his response was “uhm hmm”. Around 10 minutes later, I received a phone call from the delivery driver indicating he was at the door but he did not see the door buzzer. I proceeded to tell the driver that he was at the wrong door and told him to come around to the door that’s facing the dumpster. The driver hung up on me. I attempted to call him back and he sent me to voicemail. At this time, I’m pissed at the lack of proper customer service skills and plus the long time it took for pizza delivery. I called the store to ask for a refund and I told the lady on the phone, I’m assuming the manager, that her delivery driver was ignorant and how he hung up on me. She told me well, you certainly will get a refund for speaking about my driver that way and we also will no longer deliver to your address and then she hung up on me. I had to call back and asked for a confirmation number for my refund. She provided me no information on my refund being issued.
I spoke with Dujuan on multiple occasions. He is very rude and condescending. I made a complaint with their corporate office becsuse I had multiple deliveries that took 90 mins, they sent me coupons for free pizza. When i tried to use them, Dujuan refused and said I had the wrong store number. I checked online to find out I had the right store number, so I called back and called him out on it, but he still refused to take the coupon. I had to email corporate again, then I received a call from that location that I was correct. I used the coupoin about a month later, and spoke to Dujuan again, who is still very condescending and told me to "get a job". This is the last time I deal with these incompetent buffoons. As someone who manages a restaurant, I've personally fired people for stuff like this. He should not be employed.
Service here has never been great but this last time takes the cake. I don't know what his problem was but the guy named Dujuan at the front was extremely rude. When I asked him how many sauces came with the 24 wings I ordered, he told me I don't get any sauces since the they weren't on my order. I explained to him that I order wings every time and they always ask me what sauces I'd like. He told me they shouldn't have done that and refused to give me any sauces and told me too bad. And before I asked about those, I also asked him for plates too and he acted like it was such a burden to get those for me; so I never got those plates either. His whole attitude was extremely rude and acted like he hated his life and job. Needless to say I won't be back. Worst customer service ever.
