What a great experience! I've never had to use movers before but I'm glad my first experience was with All My Sons! Great competitive price; actually lower than I expected. I recommend that if you use them, ask for Joe and Aaron - in addition to being professional they were very personable and friendly. It was like having my own sons around. They arrived on time and ready to work! Tip them good! The girls in the office were extremely pleasant; a pleasure to talk to... so friendly and warm, you could hear them smile!
A move is never perfect. But they tried extremely hard. Compared to the instructions given by the estimator and the instructions from the movers we're not the same. Some things that were promised did not happen and items that were to be supplied we're not supplied to the crew nor me. But what I did receive was great customer service several phone calls with apologies. Special delivery of items the moving crew needed. Other items provided in place of items not available such as blankets we're taking care of in a timely manner. In the end everything was made right and they work very hard to give me the satisfaction as a client as a customer. I would use them again without question.
I just moved and I have to say that the crew of All My Son's was excellent. They were quick and careful with all my furniture. And Very helpful with everything that needed to be done. Even reassembled my China cabinet, which was very important to me because it's an antique with a curved glass door that cannot be replaced. Everything they did was exceptional. And because they were so quick, the cost was a lot less than I expected. Which was a nice surprise because I expected to spend a lot more. I could not be happier!!!!!
I hired All My Sons Moving based on their good reputation after a bad experience with Two men ands a Truck Moving in Durham NC, who after All My Sons Moving unloaded my PODS I found they had stolen $1500 of my property. All My Sons Moving had two men, who were both very professional and efficient. They worked well with me and established a good rapport from the start. I walked them through my new home describing what I wanted to be put where. Any time they had a question (most of my belongings were in large trash bags) they brought it to me to ask where it should go. They were able to move everything for the upstairs master including a king sized bed up a narrow stairwell without incident. For anyone in the NC Triangle needing a move, All My Sons Moving is the first and only company I would call without hesitation. As a military retiree and disabled veteran, the manager gave me a 5% discount for being a veteran, which I am grateful for. As a side note, one of the movers served as a US Marine, something we connected on. Mad props to All My Sons Moving! :-)
I had a wonderful experience with the 3 guys from All my Sons who helped me move. I had to move out suddenly and had very little time to prepare and they were able to fit me in same week (2 days after my call). Aaron F., Bruce B., and Scott B. were all professionals with good attitudes who took care of my most valuable furniture with care. We felt at ease and comfortable. All three worked efficiently and effectively and were a great team- if I move again in the future I will use All My Sons.
