I hired DSR to complete my move. They started off great, were on time and brought extra supplies to help. But as the day progressed things started going downhill. My leather,headboard was not wrapped and is torn. My nightstand was not wrapped and fell down the steps. I found parts to my kids toy out in the yard where the truck was parked. They have a large stack of furniture pads out in truck very few were used. They were in a huge rush and did nothing but fly through the unloading process. I'm paying by the hour. And agreed to pay for extra hours, so why they had to rush and mess up my furniture tells me one thing....they really dont care about other peoples expensive furniture. I haven't paid them. And I wont until I am satisfied.
Updating my review in March 2017. Two years after I first used DSR and wrote my initial review, I found myself moving again. I knew I would use DSR because they did such a great job the first time, but I wondered if that was just one good group of guys that I had gotten lucky to work with. With a totally different crew, I had the same results - fantastic service at a great price, and I couldn't be happier with the move. I'm not sure how DSR finds people with such good attitudes, but these guys just knock it out with a smile all day long.
