Quite dissapointing Pharmacy. Ive had prior experience with CVS pharmacy in a Target store which was wonderful. When I moved, this location was closest to me so filled my precrips here. Using them for about 6 months ive had numerous issues, biggest being they misprescribed prescriptions for my baby twin girls. First time they put a dosage that was 2x the daily amount than the doctors rx. Thankfully i cross-cchecked the actual dr's rx and gave right dosage. Post this I continued to use them which was prolly not the best idea. They messed up again by filling my prescription without the active ingredient, basically giving syrup only to my girls. Unfortunately I did not realize this 2 weeks later when my girls refused to eat and lost a bit of weight. This time i highlighted to the pharmacy. They didnt offer refund nor call me to follow up on how to help. I specifically requested the pharmacy supervisor to call me twice so we can discuss and never heard back. This pharmacy is not managed well and doesnt care for their patients. Ive transferred all my prescrips to a nearby rite aid.
