If there was an option to give NO star... that's what they would get from me. I called in 2 meds on a Tuesday around 3ish. Both are pre-packaged and don't require anything but a label. I show up around 7 and after standing in a long line, I'm told 1 of them isn't ready. It'll be another 15 minutes. Already irritated, I carry on with the rest of my shopping and return only to find out that they won't have the 2nd one until Thursday. I call Thursday around noon before taking my lunch break to make sure it was ready. "We're getting it ready now. Give us an hour. " Over an hour and a line wait later, it's still not done and then told that they don't have it. After having to explain my situation w/ getting this script does someone figure out something to get me taken care of. This is my 1st and will DEFINITELY be my LAST time using this SLOW and unorganized pharmacy.
Yesterday, they SWORE, they had NEVER EVEN GOTTEN IT. At this time, I am TOO TIRED to try and go all the way out there. Will try AGAIN tomorrow...."WALMART; WHERE NO ONE CARES or only HALF CARES!"
Each time my wife or I try to get a prescription filled, it becomes a hassle. After the Dr. Calls in the script, 3 days later the pharmacy still claims they have not received it. When we call to verify that the order is filled, it never has been ready when we arrive. This has happened 8 times. We will never return to this pharmacy.
Worst, pharmacy, ever!
Avoid at all costs, visit your local drug lord first for better customer service!
They never, ever have Rxs ready when they say they will.

They got my prescription wrong and would not exchange it. They stood there whispering to each other like I was a criminal trying to do something wrong.
Worst service imaginable. I am a Vietnam Vet, who very much needs his meds..including one that I ran out of or lost due to homelessness, FOR MY HEART. The local V.A. clinic, rather than send me all the way to Durham, sent my prescription to the New Bern Ave. Walmart. That was 2:30 p.m. "YESTERDAY". it will suffice to say, I STILL have not gotten my medicine; but WALMART "finally" admitted that they have GOTTEN the order...but COULD NOT READ IT!
