I recently worked with one of the agents , Nathan Chermely. We were looking for a house to rent and saw that there was an open house. I called the number that was listed and he actually picked up the phone! This was shocking because I had been having horrible luck with getting in touch with other agents. I would call and leave a voicemail in regards to a listing online and would never get a call back. So anyways, the ever friendly Nathan answered the phone and gave me information on the house and was very nice about answering all my questions. We showed up at the house and it just wasn’t quite what we wanted, but luckily for us, Nathan offered to help us find a place! He found the perfect house for us right away with everything that I had on my list. Not only that, he stayed up late helping us fill out confusing forms and was there to answer questions. He will call and check on you and will let you know of something as soon as he hears something! He is truly on the ball!!
