As a first time home buyer, I had zero knowledge when it came to real estate, and being someone who always tried to figure out things by herself, I, for a moment, thought I did not need an agent representing me. LUCKILY! I decided to find an agent and help me with this scary Home buying process.
I found Renee through some online search, and decided to contact her to test the water. One of my biggest pet peeves is I can’t stand slow responses, but when I sent Renee the initial email, I swore she replied back to me within 5 mins! This definitely gave me really good feeling/vibes because from personal experience, i know if someone who is passionate about what they do, they want to make sure they are on top of everything and won’t keep their customers wait.
I met with her and Robin (Robin is more on the buyers side and Renee is more on the sellers side) and they gave me this warm and friendly feeling. My guts told me that they were gonna help me go through this process so smoothly so I went with them.
