Went there yesterday and the service was terrible. My son and I were sat prior to a party of 10 and waited and watched while they were served before us. We have passed this Chili's to go to the one in Wake Forest due to much better service. I was at the mall and it was early so we went.
Love this spot! Seth at the bar is freindly and attentive. Food is predictibly good and plentiful. GREAT neighborhood bar!
Ordered through Postmates, added special instructions and the food was so good!!! There was also a lot of it,we definitely got what we paid for!
I love this place. It's really nice to go to a place where they know you and treat you right. Every single time my food is right. I don't even have to look at the menu because they know what I like and how I like it. I come here very often, so often they know me by name. Plus I love the fact the send me coupons all the time. I recommend this place to anyone who likes to be treated like they care. At Chili's, they care. Great service.
My co-workers and I meet there for lunch to celebrate each other's birthdays. Service is always good. Never have to wait long for the food and food is good.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for 10 to 12 years. Never again. The server herself responded rudely and she is the reason I wont come back. Short white girl with ponytail. Wish I had her name. But teally dont care. Ill continue to pass by from now on.
