Very rude service not pleasant

Experience was about the same mentioned as above with the young lady up front very rude tried to cheer her up but she turned around and completely ignored me as I talked to her she just kept her back turned away from me Manager was sweet though was the only one with a smile
I had a rude cashier and none of them are paying attention to the audience in their line. Yet the entire staff is having their own little playground behind the counter.
Also where is the diversification? The whole staff was black. Clearely the manager didn't want anyone else.
How is this place still around ?
Good pretzels, not very friendly service. I get teenagers can be teenagers but come on.
When I first walked by no one was there, came back about ten minutes later and finally someone was behind the counter. Asked for a small cup of pretzel bites and was charged. The lady went to get my food then came back and told me I would have to wait 10-15 minutes for them because she didn't have enough. I asked for just a refund because I did not have time to wait around but was told they don't do refunds. I ended up with a regular pretzel that was dry and chewy. It had obviously been under the heat lamp way to long. Don't let them charge you unless you are sure they have enough food and that it is fresh!!!
I havent left a review in YEARS. But this experience was so terrible i had to say something.
I'm glad i'm not the only one with the same experience, thought i was going crazy.
