The ice cream is never the problem...it's the new staff in training. I ordered 2 of the same size cups and when making them I noticed that one was half the size of the other. I mentioned this and one of the staff members agreed. They told the new guy to add more ice cream and he said he would do so...yet he never did. when it came time to pay, I had one full cup and one half yet the charge was the same...if I'm going to pay $5 for a cup of ice cream I think I'll stick to sweet frog.

Any and every time I have been in here, it's a complete mess. It was 3 in the afternoon and tables were laying on top of eachother, trash bags had been taken out of the cans and just sitting on the floor, and crumbs were all over the place. I waited a good few minutes before anyone came out from the back to help me. There were 2 employees "working," but I used to manage one of these stores myself. I can tell when anything has or has not been done around the place. Also, the employee helping me kept asking if I smoked weed and telling me all about how he does. Besides that, he was sloppy and careless and incredibly slow, and his partner, who was clearly not busy, never offered to help speed up the process.
Lot less expensive than I was expecting. It's not as costly as Marble Slab. It was good but they were completely out of waffle cones or bowls. Meanwhile, it was also slower service.
