On top of that the whiskey glasses were dirty and barely seemed even rinsed off when I received my drink.
The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of one is because the server was the issue not the restaurant.
Took 10 min just for someone to talk to us. The waitress was in to much of a rush to want to help us properly. She didn’t take drink orders and when I ordered my Knob Creek she didn’t even know what I was talking about and had to come back and ask what it was. And still hadn’t brought us our water. We ordered and even though I asked for my burger rare she continued to try to talk me out of it and said “I’ll put it in as medium rare” when we got nachos we were close to done and our food came. She proceeded to take the nacho plate out of the way without asking if were done. My burger came out medium and it was only okay for the $15 I paid for it.
I absolutely love the Emilio's Chicken Sandwich! I get it everytime I go!
Edit: Food is still good. However, yesterday our server greeted us by literally tossing our coasters on the table. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but when she later came back with our straws she also tossed them on the table. Not placed, tossed. Will definitely not be back to this location.
Paige is an excellent server!! We loved every minute of her service. She helped us decide what to choose from and kept our drinks topped off even with a large party in her section. I loved my salad, husband loved his burger. We had a great experience and can not wait to visit again. We will definitely ask for Paige again!
Best burger in Raleigh, hands down! Great service and phenomenal food. Meat is ground on site so burgers can be cooked to ANY temperature you like. Highly recommend at the very least giving it a try!
I most likely won’t come back because of the service though.
Most awesome burgers ever!!! Flavorful, juicy, always cooked right. The also have the best tater-tots and banana pudding. I never take a picture of the food because it's so good I can't wait to eat it!!
