This place is great! They have fantastic food, the people are wonderful and the music is often live and beautiful. The building is stunning and clean and they have nice pool tables that you can use if you are buying food... A wonderful place to take a friend to have a good evening or a relaxed friend date. The back deck has a private smoking area with a really pretty staircase. The bathrooms are a bit small but clean.
Came in from out of town and went here with my brothers. We arrived and were the only ones in the place. We ordered a beer from a bartender who obviously did not want to be there based on his attitude. We sat down at a table expecting wait staff to bring us menus to no avail. We asked the bartender about food service only to get more undeserving attitude. After a long period of time the bartender came over to take our order. However at this point sooooo much time had passed all members of our party was fuming. We paid the tab, and walked out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We did find great beer and wonderful service at the flying saucer after we left this dump.
Don't even think about getting service on a game day or if it's crowded, but playing pool here is always fun and they have good drink specials. Just prepare to be pretty self sufficient.
Typical bar food, but very delicious. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly. This is a great place to spend time with friends and family (karaoke night is a personal favorite)!
NOT JUST A BAR BY FAR!
In my 19 years and counting in the military active duty service have never been treated in a bad way but like they say "there's always a first time", and it happened at "the Brickhouse" in Raleigh NC, was sporting my Brady jersey (support the troops) and the "manager" sent the Patriots Fans of Raleigh president (Todd) to tell me not to play my horn anymore, ironically, the week prior everyone was happy with my horn. Very disappointed for the disrespect. I wasn't harming nobody. Will never come back to an anti-military bar nor my fellow comrades will either! #support the troops. I'm Hispanic too.....
