Staff is friendly and helpful, but frequently untrained. I recommend ordering books online and picking them up at the bookstore.
Don't waste your time. Unless you have no other choice don't even step foot in here. I came in close to closing and instead of actually searching for what I needed I was told it is only available on a separate campus where my class is not even offered. My classmates bought what I needed at this location not even two days before so it seems unlikely for it to no longer be offered here. I guess they Had more important things to do than their job.
Never buy books here EVER! Not only are the employees both dumb as hell and rude as hell, but they overcharge like hell! I went in to get a few things, and they neglected to tell me that they were closing right then and that it wouldn't ring up through financial aid, so I wasted a ton of time for nothing! I can't stand this place and the horrible people who work here!!!
Dealt with poor customer service from this location. Ordered the book from online, pickup in-store. Only to find out the book for my class was the incorrect one, packaged in their shrink wrap "Non-returnable if shrink wrap broken" would not exchange for the correct book. Contacted them the day before going there in-person, would not answer phone, left voicemail message, and never returned my call. Do not do business with them you are better off buying your textbook(s) online through Amazon. Poor customer service, I would rate no stars if I could.
I've never had issues with my purchases or customer service. They are always on time, quick with solving issues, and checkout.
