My husband took his car here for the first and last time. He purchased the Extreme shine wash plan for $29.95. His car was already in line to be washed when the owner jumped him in line to wash another vehichle. While there are perks to be the owner, there are also perks in being good and fair to your customers. My husband was going to speak with the owner, but he disappeared rather quickly. The car was still dirty after the wash. There was mud splatter on both sides, bugs in the grill and he was told the bugs would not come off. Another gentleman sprayed something on the front grill and guess what the bugs came off. They did get some of the mud offby running it through again, but told him he would not wash it again. Terrible customer service, horrible quality of work. Don't waste your time or money going to Westgate car wash.
I got the premium was for $32, but received a lousy wash with stains on the body, glass and crumbs and small trash still left on the seat. Will never go back to this place again. Looks like they’re more interested in washing dealers cars next door then private customers.
Great job or friendly Staff they did clean my car very well in 16 minutes Appreciate for that.
About a month ago I gave this place a 4/5 stars, but today they get a 1 star. The service today sucked, I guessed it was because I bought a Groupon so they didn't care what kind of service I got. I bought the top package which was exterior only & they didn't even want to dry my truck off completely. If I didn't get out to point out stuff they missed they would have been more than fine to let me drive off.. smh. I won't be returning, people please spend your money elsewhere.
