I had the worst experience here. When walking in I wasn't greeted by any of the staff. After finally standing there for a few mins I was called to the counter and was told to come back in 30 to 45 minutes. After returning I waiting for about 5 minutes until I was finally a knowledge by one of the staff members. They were to busy talking among each other to notice that there were people standing waiting to be helped. Once I got asked to go to the counter the girl was not helpful at all she just stared at me. Finally I gave her my ID and she just walked away after looking at my name. she kept talking with the other girls on the front desk just laughing and having great time. Awful customer service. Won't be going here again.
While I was waiting for my clothes to get ready, I was looking around the store. I was looking at the long sleeves and a store associate came behind me and said, "Excuse me." I moved forward and kept looking. Out of nowhere the girl moved around my hand, snapped, and said, “ I need to put this right here real quick." She sounded so rude and snapped at me for no reason!!! I will never come back to this Plato's closet, ever again!!
Love coming here! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of shoes and clothing! 10/10 recommend:)
Waste of your time. Waited 1 hour for all my items not to be bought. I’ve been here multiple times and they never buy anything I bring. All of my items either have tags on them or have been worn once and are in style. Don’t waste your time coming here or trying to sell items. Everything is over priced. I didn’t want to put 1 star. More like -1 star.
Don't even waste your time here. I walked in with my friend and we were not greeted at all, but just looked at. Brought in a big bag of clothes w/ the tags still on them and I watched the lady go through and throw my items to the side and not even look at them. After waiting for an hour after being told it would take 20 minutes they only bought a bag...... AND NO I was not given a reason as to why they didn't take anything else.... Wow, never coming back!
