Lack of concern from the entire staff. They all should be fired...esp the front desk staff!
Super super super slow...arrived on time for dental appointment for waited for over 30 minutes without being called. Went to check to see what was the holdup and how long it would take...was told that they were running behind (no one was going to say anything if I didn't ask)...had someplace to be so I rescheduled the appointment for the next day...Once again regular cleaning for two of my children arrive on time for appointment at 12 did not leave until after 5. They have lots of rooms but I believe only one dentist. They need more employees seriously. I'm here now with two of my daughters for a 7:00 am appointment. I choose this appointment time in hopes that we could get in and get out since we are the first ones on the schedule. The time is now 7:27 am. I am guessing that we won't be out here before 9 maybe 930. If we are I will be totally surprised. Sincerely a mother in waiting room.

Service however is good they are just super super super slow. You should not have to take a complete day off just to wait on dental appointment cleaning not surgery. Today was actually much better than the last three times so I increased my rating to 3 stars...we completed appointments today at 820 (not bad at all).
I've never really had a problem AFTER waiting several months for my new patient appointment. As an established patient, life is easy. I wasn't pleased that transferring from a different state the doc didn't want to heed to the treatments that I had already tried that did NOT work for my complicated and extensive medical history. He wanted to redo them bc he wanted to see for himself as he said. I quickly requested to be reassigned a new primary physician.
I called 3 weeks ago trying to get an appointment. They just called back. Smh
Do not go here for dental unless a last resort. I was put on a six month wait for a dental appointment. I got no reminders the week of and now I am trying to cancel the appointment due to my work schedule. I cannot get anyone in dental and the medical department claims ignorance as to what to do. I am literally unable to confirm or even cancel that I had an appointment at all, because my last communication with them was over six months ago. Also, the staff is prone to hanging up on you. Very little in the ways of manners here. If you are in dire need, maybe go here, but...wow, bad.
I give them one ★ because I have to give something to give a review.. This is the worse place I have ever been to in my life.. The staff in unprofessional when you walk in the door they looking at you and don't say may I help you.. They look at each other like who going to ask smdh.. Went there to be seen on and Monday the following week got a call to tell me I needed meds and they was going to call it in.. I called pharmacy to see was it there NO.. Call the next day still not there called Advance back to let them know girl wrote it up still nothing.. Called advance again another girl wrote it up still nothing.. So the next week after work went in in person.. The girl say let me see can I get one of the nurse to send it over so I sit down to wait for 30 mins still nothing.. I had to leave so she took my name and number said she would call me the next morning didn't hear from her or anyone else.. I had to go though all this for a prescription and I still don't have it.. So they don't care I could get really sick and die.. I will never go there again.. Sorry to say this to many black women in one place that don't want to work and I am a black woman myself.. They standing around talking to each other and trying to be cute and not working.. Not a five stars place at all five thumbs down
