Customer service here is the worst. They act like we need them. There ARE other options. 21st Century, customer service that actually gives a damn. Norfolk Wire, customer service that actually gives a damn. Tri-ed, do I need to say it. It pains me to give ADI a single penny.
Never have parts you need. Guys don't know the product. Act like you owe them business.
