Went with my husband late at night and got THE MOST AMAZING service from Edgar! We were super pleased!
I had such a wonderful experience at this sprint store. I was assisted by edgar and patrice and they were so amazing. i love how knowledgeable and patient they were with me. They offer me a cold bottle of water when i came into the store from the heat and they also gave my 8 year old son free school supplies. I love this store!
I visited the store a few days back having no idea what I needed. I am not exactly tech savvy and have never bought a "name brand phone before". With that in mind I was reluctant in doing so because I have heard so many stories about rude salespersons, one that sticks out in my mind I believe is Edgur or Edgar idk. However this nice lady helped me thruought the process and answered all of my questions. Heck, she answered questions I didn't even know to ask. I believe her name was Liz. Anyhow, I gave this rating four stars because I feel like I got lucky having Liz help me that day, I am sure if I got Edgur or Edgar my experience would be very unpleasant (at least that's what several friends have told me)

The staff here is great and work hard to make sure you get what you need. They work with you and answer all questions you may have.
