Made a group order for a meeting via the website at 9:00 am. Called to add another sandwich, payment was taken for it but when the order was delivered, they left off the sandwich. Called to see what happened and they had no record of the order. Offered to make it but couldn't get it delivered in time. One person in the meeting had to share. I have ordered for myself from this location and it takes about an hour to get a delivery. The slogan about getting food fast does not apply. After getting the group order wrong, Jimmy Johns has lost my business.
I'm so sick of this location. I dog-sit half a mile away fairly often and it's the only delivery that isn't pizza or Chinese. My order has been wrong multiple times. The last 4 times I have ordered it has taken over 40 minutes. I could have walked there and back faster than they deliver.. Seems the problem is too many orders per driver. I'm always told when I call that they are out on deliveries and it still takes an extra 20 minutes on top of that. Also, they are 100% incapable of following simple delivery instructions. I'm not exaggerating when I say that not ONE driver has correctly followed the very basic instructions. It just blows my mind.
wth happened to freaky fast delivery??? took 45 minutes for my turkey tom to be delivered. JIMMY JOHNS IS .4 MILES FROM MY LOCATION!!!
Normally, I love JJs. But in the time it took the guy to "find" my online order, they could have made me another one. And it was sitting right in front of him the entire time! Food was okay but so much for Freaky Fast!
Grabbed a sandwich here a couple times. The food is always great from this place, and staff friendly and polite. Nice location though limited seating and limited parking outside.
