This was my first time renting a storage unit so needless to say, I was very meticulous about picking the RIGHT one. Bill made this process very easy. As soon as I reserved my storage online, Bill called 10mins later to answer any questions I had. He showed every storage unit he felt would accommodate my needs and exceeded my expectations of Customer Service. Let me be clear, I have absolutely No relation with anyone at this facility! Just so happened to notice the Grand opening flags off of Hwy 70 and decided to check them out. To anyone considering this storage unit, I highly recommend!!!
